General Hospital North Bank, Makurdi
CHI joins BENGONET on the occasion of International Women's Day, through its Gender and Human Rights Thematic Group, marked the day with a visit to General Hospital, North Bank, Makurdi, Benue State. The visit aimed to celebrate and support women in various units of the hospital, including the maternity ward, immunization unit, children's ward, and the elderly. Gifts items like pampers, detergents, tissue, methylated spirit, cotton wool and others were distributed to women in the maternity wards, new mothers at the immunization unit, mothers caring for their children in the children's ward, and elderly women receiving medical treatment
